State of the art technology, durability and accuracy of Dynojet's 248x Dynamometer, features two 48" knurled, precision balanced drums. The large drum diameters provide a virtually flat, stable surface for tire contact, eliminating unnecessary slippage and tire deformation. The result is precise, repeatable results every time. Dynojet's advanced engineering delivers the precise horsepower measurements our technician's needs to make quick and accurate evaluations of engine performance and drive train problems.

Our Dynojet 248x Dynamometer requires minimal maintenance and no calibration what so ever. It's quick vehicle mounting system enable's front and rear wheel drive vehicles to be set up and tested in under 5 minutes. Thus allowing us to quickly measure, record, and diagnose performance problems.

Dynojet 248x Dynamometer's interface hardware and run evaluation software automatically correct for altitude and atmospheric conditions, producing consistent, easily interpretable power graphs. Dynojet's unique Dynamic testing capability allows a realistic simulation of street, and/or track conditions. While highlighting mechanical problems graphically as they would occur and eliminating unnecessary engine and power train wear in actual road use testing.

Dynojet's durable steel construction and high-inertia drums, can accurately diagnose performance or drivability problems in vehicles with anywhere from 20 to 1000 Hp at the drive wheels. Dyno runs can be done at speeds up to 200mph, providing safe, reliable road testing right in our shop. This makes our Dynojet 248x Automotive Dynamometer ideal for both performance, and general diagnostics and repairs. With simulated race programs which allow us to quickly compare different vehicles, performance products or engine modifications graphically and on demand. Giving our technicians the cutting edge and offering special interest to our customers.

Unlike other Dyno's which simply measure horsepower, our dynamic testing and graphing capability highlight problems in an easy to interpret manner. Electrical, fuel, clutch or converter slippage, and drive train problems are determined quickly. All tests are stored for future comparison and analysis. Automatic measurement of the barometric pressure and ambient air temperature together with humidity measurement ensure repeatability between tests.

Our Dynojet Dynamometer interfaces with our Internal High-Speed A.D & R Network through our comprehensive and reliable state of the art Hardware and Software Portal Technology. The automated software design allows a mechanic to complete tests quickly with a few keystrokes. The results are rapidly displayed on multiple video screens, the results are also provided to our customers as a hardcopy printout. Your Dyno runs are also available on disk (Disk of Dyno runs and/or Run viewer software available upon request, a small fee may apply).

Depending on time and availability a small fee may be charged for disk of Dyno runs and/or run viewer software. It is possible disk may not be available at time of Dyno run. If disk are not available at time of Dyno run, we will be happy to schedule a time for you to come back and pick up a disk of your run files. Also available at your request we can email, and/or standard mail (snail mail) your Dyno run files, and/or run viewer software to you (a small fee may apply).
